Pursuant to this Power of Attorney, ABC, incorporated according to the Turkish laws and having its registered office at [●], Istanbul, Turkey (the “Company”) shall be represented by the Attorneys-In-Fact who shall act severally or jointly, as authorised real and legal attorneys-in-fact to do the followings for and on behalf of the Company:
In furtherance of their duties hereunder, the attorneys-in-fact are granted the authority to fulfil on behalf of the Company any and all acts, claims and deeds including but not limited to,

To take delivery of the single screw diesel driven Bulk Carrier of nearly 55,100 metric tonnes, named “MV EMPRESS” (the Vessel) which was caused to be constructed with the hull number SC by DEF (the “Builder”) and any machinery and equipment for or to be used in connection with the Vessel pursuant to the provisions of the Shipbuilding and Shipsales Contract dated 26th day of July 2007 made and entered into by and between the Company and XYZ having its registered office [●], Tokyo, Japan (the “Seller”) (the “Contract,” as amended, appended thereto from time to time).
2. To accept physical delivery of the same and to undersign any and all documents, papers and protocols for its physical delivery and to follow up with and conclude the transactions; to conduct a physical examination on the vessel, to undersign required protocols to this effect; to effectuate all deeds and transactions with regard to the departure from the port of delivery; to fulfil all kinds of transactions for physical delivery of the vessel pursuant to the provisions of the Contract including but not limited to the signing delivery and acceptance protocol, to sign, give and take as well as to have registered, if and when required, all deeds and certificates including but not limited to the bill of sale, delivery and acceptance protocol, commitments, all commercial invoices for the vessel and the fuel, technical instruments of the vessel, all other documents requested for the sale and delivery, all petitions and documents,
3. To obtain the flag certificate from the relevant Turkish Consulate in relation to the vessel and to make and finalize all application and to obtain all other necessary documents so that the vessel is registered in the Turkish Ship Registry under the Turkish flag; to have the vessel registered in the Turkish Ship Registry (National Registry) in Istanbul thereafter,
4. To undersign, seal, enter into, deliver and have registered (if and when required) all other contracts, agreements, guarantees, letters, notices, receipts, invoices, petitions and documents that are deemed required, appropriate and/or mandatory by the attorney-in-fact at their sole discretion in the light of the foregoing; to file applications to registrars, Turkish consulates, consulate representatives, commissioners, commissioner representatives, regional directorates, port authorities, maritime managements, maritime administrations, national register of ships of Turkey or Turkish International Ship Registry, notary publics, customs administrations and revenue offices, undersecretariat of treasury and other competent authorities, if required; to make statements and affidavits.

It all started when I saw a brilliant movie on TV as a kid. It didn't occur to me that my life would be shaped at that very moment. Mesmerized by the movie, I naively set to work to translate it into Turkish for kicks, but never imagined my hobby would end up becoming my job.
As the list of the movies I was translating was getting expanded, things got serious beyond my comprehension. I took up a position at a translation agency, received a college degree in English Philology and eventually became a certified translator.
Involved in the translation sector for several years now, I've never lost my appetite for translation, not even for a second.
