Een leverbiopt toonde een lobaire hepatitis met infiltratie van plasmacellen en eosinofiele granulocyten, passend bij auto-immuunhepatitis (figuur). De ijzerkleuring was negatief. Later bleek dat patiënte al een jaar menopauzale klachten had met invaliderende 'flushes' en veel ziekteverzuim. Om deze klachten te verminderen gebruikte zij sinds 6 maanden dagelijks een kruidenpreparaat dat zilverkaars oftewel A. racemosa bevatte (merknaam Ymea). | Traduction - anglais

A liver biopsy showed a lobular hepatitis with infiltration of plasma cells and eosinophilic granulocytes, fitting with autoimmune hepatitis (figure). The iron staining was negative.
It later turned out that the patient had been having menopausal symptoms with disabling hot flushes and a lot of absence through illness. C. Werkgever en alle met haar gelieerde ondernemingen hebben er alle belang bij dat de binnen haar onderneming aanwezige technologie, wetenschap, expertise, (commerciële) kennis, systemen en relaties worden beschermd ten behoeve van hun (concurrentie-)positie op de wereldmarkt, zeker"nu zij beschikken over unieke technologieën en producten. Werknemer kent de onderneming van werkgever door en door en heeft daarin een vooraanstaande positie.
D. Partijen hebben omtrent het voorgaande uitvoering overleg met elkaar gevoerd en hebben overeenstemming bereikt over het feit dat werknemer in dienst mag treden bij XXXX met ingang van 1 februari 2009, doch enkel en alleen met inachtneming van onderstaande regeling. Deze regeling is voor werkgever van essentiële waarde.
E. Werknemer is zich bewust van het voorgaande en stemt weloverwogen in met onderstaande regeling. Het is werknemer op voorhand duidelijk dat werkgever er alles aan zal doen teneinde een schending van onderstaande regeling c.q. bedingen te voorkomen. Bij schending zal werkgever gerechtelijke stappen nemen; werknemer is zich hiervan terdege bewust.

I am a native English speaker working in the Netherlands where I have lived for the last 33 years.
I held a part-time appointment in the University of Leiden as an editor of scientific papers for publication in journals up until May 2006. I work full-time as a translator and editor.
I have 17 years' experience in translation, and 25 years' experience in correction/editing English.
In 2007 I managed a 250,000-word translation project into 8 different languages for a major oil company, involving translation, back translation, revision and verification of the final PDF products.
In 2008 the same company commissioned the translation into 7 different languages of 46,000 words on the same basis.
