I have had over twenty-five years of professional experience translating while engaged in university teaching, research, and publishing about comparative political and economic development (China, Japan, France, and Russia), foreign affairs, international business and finance, and comparative philosophy. (Full curriculum vitae available on request.) More recent commercial translation experience includes financial documents and patents, as well.

This background in the field enables translation that is as precise and well-written as the original.

Rates:
From $0.10-0.14 per English word (MS Word count of translated text) for documents on development, business, and finance; 0.12-0.25 per English word for specialized legal and IT documents. Estimate quoted on a per project basis, depending on length and condition of source text and due date and time available for work.
