After having worked over 12 years in publishing, university administration, language teaching and 2 years as an in-house translator at a publishing house in Madrid, Spain, I felt ready to start a career as a freelance translator in 2015.

I have earned a Master´s degree in Translation (English/Spanish to German), realized a postgraduate program in Legal Translation & Interpreting (Spanish to German and German to Spanish) and have been authorized as a sworn translator and interpreter for Spanish-German.

Thanks to my studies and my previous work experience, I have a solid knowledge of legal, marketing and administrative terminology. Besides, I am passionate about reading and creative writing and will be happy to translate your fiction and non-fiction books.

In my opinion, the most beautiful aspect of my job is that it gives me the possibility to expand continuously my knowledge in various subjects and to enable people to communicate regardless of language barriers.
