These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Services available from the domain of x,y,z, If you reside in Z or another country that is a member of the xyz, you are contracting with X, a limited liability company and these Terms and Conditions shall govern your use of the Services.
Acceptance of Terms. Before you attempt to buy or sell any Equipment through the Services and/or begin participating in or using the Site, X requires that you read and accept the following Agreement. BY CHECKING ON THE SPACE NEXT TO THE "ACCEPT TERMS & CONDITIONS" TEXT, YOU HEREBY REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL AGREEMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. THERE SHALL BE NO BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND X UNTIL X HAS CONFIRMED RECEIPT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD IN WHICH IT IS DELIVERED TO X. If you choose not to accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not have full access to all services on the site. These Terms and Conditions are valid from X.y.z. and shall be effective upon acceptance by you.
Amendment. X may, at its sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, from time to time and at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Site. The amended Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon their posting the Site. Your continued use of the Site and the Service after the amended Terms and Conditions have been posted will constitute your agreement to the amended Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, any sales arising from winning bids made prior to the amended Terms and Conditions being posted on the Site shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the winning bid was made.

Participation Requirements
Capacity to Contract. These Services are available only to business users and not to individuals contracting in their capacity as a consumer. You represent and warrant that you are contracting in a business capacity or you are a business entity only and the Services will not be provided to you in your personal capacity as a consumer. If you are entering into these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a company, partnership or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to the Terms and Conditions. Without limiting the foregoing, neither minors in any jurisdiction nor individuals or entities who X has declined to deal with and have been suspended from participating in the Services (including any services provided by X Inc.) may participate in X's Services.
Registration. In order to participate in the Services, users must register with X by completing a registration form and providing certain information to X. When X has notified a user that their registration form has been approved, such user shall become a "Registered User." You agree that such information shall be (and kept) current, complete and accurate. X reserves the right to disapprove, suspend or terminate your registration for any reason, at its sole discretion, and to prohibit you from participating in the Services.

Aceşti Termeni şi Condiţii se vor aplica Serviciilor oferite prin X.Y.Z. Dacă locuiţi pe teritoriul Z sau în altă ţară membră a xyz, d-voastră încheiaţi un contrat cu X, o societate cu răspundere limitată, şi prin urmare va trebui să respectaţi aceşti Termeni şi condiţii in momentul in care folosiţi Serviciile.
Acceptarea Termenilor. Înainte de a cumpăra sau vinde un Utilaj prin intermediul Serviciilor şi/ sau de a începe participarea sau folosirea Site-ului, X vă solicită să citiţi şi să acceptaţi următorul Contract. În momentul in care bifaţi spaţiul din dreptul textului „Accept termenii şi condiţiile”, declaraţi că aţi citit, aţi înţeles şi aţi acceptat termenii şi condiţiile precum şi toate clauzele contractului incluse aici sau la care se face referire. Contractul dintre d-voastră şi X nu intră în vigoare până ce X nu a confirmat primirea acceptării de către d-voastră a acestor termeni şi condiţii, indiferent prin ce metodă a fost trimisă la X. În cazul în care nu acceptaţi aceşti Termeni şi condiţii, nu veţi beneficia de accesul complet la serviciile de le site. Dacă aveţi întrebări cu privire la aceşti Termeni şi Condiţii, vă rugăm să ne contactaţi la x.y.z
Aceşti Termeni sunt valabili din data de x, y, z şi vor intra in vigoare in momentul in care sunt acceptaţi de d-voastră.
Modificarea clauzelor. X poate modifica, schimba, după cum doreşte, adăuga sau scoate orice parte in clauzele Termenilor si Condiţiilor, în întregime sau parţial, in orice moment, fără să vă anunţe în mod expres, menţionând aceste schimbări pe Site. Clauzele astfel schimbate vor intra in vigoare imediat ce sunt anunţate pe Site. Dacă continuaţi să folosiţi Site-ul şi Serviciile după ce schimbările au fost anunţate, se va considera că acceptaţi schimbările respective. Pentru a evita orice dubiu, orice vânzări care rezultă din câştigarea licitaţiilor înainte să fie anunţate schimbările pe Site, vor fi guvernate de clauzele in vigoare in momentul in care s-a câştigat licitaţia.
Clauzele acestor Termeni şi Condiţii au fost actualizate ultima dată in x.y.z..
Cerinţele de participare
Capacitatea de a încheia contractul. Aceste Servicii sunt destinate doar societăţilor, şi nu persoanelor fizice care acţionează in nume propriu ca si consumator. D-voastră veţi declara că doriţi să beneficiaţi de Servicii in numele societăţii sau acţionaţi in scopuri de afaceri şi nu în nume personal, ca şi consumator. Dacă acceptaţi clauzele acestor Termeni şi condiţii in numele unei societăţi, unui parteneriat sau al altei entităţi legale, veţi declara şi garanta că aveţi autoritatea să încheiaţi acest contract. Fără a limita cele de mai sus, menţionăm că nu pot beneficia de Serviciile X nici minorii, şi nici persoanele fizice sau juridice cu care X refuză să colaboreze sau colaborarea cu aceştia a fost suspendată (orice servicii oferite de X.).
Înregistrarea. Pentru a participa la Servicii, utilizatorii trebuie să se înregistreze la X, completând un formular de înregistrare şi oferind anumite informaţii la X. În momentul în care X a anunţat un utilizator că formularul de înregistrare al acestuia a fost aprobat, acest utilizator va deveni un „Utilizator înregistrat”. D-voastră declaraţi că aceste informaţii sunt (şi vor fi păstrate) la zi, complete şi exacte. X işi rezervă dreptul de a respinge, suspenda sau anula înregistrarea d-voastră dintr-un motiv oarecare, precum şi de a vă interzice participarea la Servicii.
