Spanish term or phrase: Avocándose
Dans une décision rendue au Pérou concernant une demande de certification de pièces de procédure, j'ai cette phrase : "Avocándose al conocimiento de la presente causa la Magistrada que surscribe y la Especialista legal que da cuenta."

Faut-il comprendre "avocándose" dans le sens "La Magistrate soussignée et la Juriste qui rend compte se sont saisies de la présente affaire" ? Ou bien existe-t-il une expression consacrée ?
