El proceso de facturación consiste en la elaboración de los listados de los usuarios/as que se han visitado, identificando el tipo de visita (primera, segunda o urgente) y el registro de las bajas (los usuarios/as que estaban en la hoja de programación del día y no se han visitado).
This is the process of taking the patients that had appts that day but did not show up off the list for billing reasons.
What would we call this in English?

10. If you call the patient and are able to make a new appointment, click the Schedule Appointment button at the bottom of the screen to go to the patient’s schedule screen. After you schedule the new appointment, click on the cancelled appointment (No Show, Same Day, Patient Cancel, etc.) and change the cancellation status to Special Cancel. This will take the patient off your **No Show list** next time you run the list.
