Doute Victoria Burns: This is certainly the best way to describe the exercise but I don't think it would be very good as a title, which is what the Asker says it is.

  -> Yes, but these exercises don't usually have titles in English. They typically have directions/instructions, as in the examples I cited.

Not too sure what this is all about. Seeing this term in a full sentence would have helped. Even so, I believe this is correct.
