In a legal document, dealing with the insolvency of a German AG. there is reference to the "Barquote" which is a % and "und einer weiteren Quote". From the context I assume the Barquote is a percent of the value of the original insolvency claim - and the "weiteren Quote" is an additional pay-out amount. Is this correct?
