Terme ou expression en français : ignorer

I am having problems with this word as it can mean to deliberately ignore or it can mean to be in ignorance/unaware. Here is the context and also the final paragraph which I hope helps anybody with ascertaining what ignorer means.

The paraprah + title of article is:

Last para:

Explication :
Basically agree with Michel: based on the information you give, the sense seems to be "Boeing doesn't plan on turning a blind eye to the secrets of its competitor's success".

So, even though the last para mentions that Boeing decided to withdraw its complaint, clearly it was planning and presumably is still planning to undertake some sort of action with regard to the situation rather than just "pretend it's not there".

Although "pretend x is not there" is a way of "ignoring", I don't think the word itself fits.

I think you need to take the whole phrase 'ne compte pas ignorer' to provide the most fluid translation because, given that the most usual translation of 'ignorer' is 'not to know,' there's an implied double negative in the French. An alternative might be 'is not unaware.'
