Terme ou expression en français : au coeur de chaque saison
I'm not really sure what they mean by this. Of course, I know what the literal translation of each word would be, but...this is in the description of a luxury restaurant:

"La modernité ici ne réside pas dans les recettes, de conception somme toute assez classique, mais dans cette façon unique de convoquer les saveurs intimes de chaque ingrédient au coeur de chaque saison."

Thanks!

Explication :
I think the point being made here is that they only use ingredients when they are in season, so when they are at their tastiest, which is what I've tried to bring out with this suggestion...

epitomizing each season

Explication :
This may be the general idea (if not a very evocative way of putting it): their unique way of calling up the intimate flavours of ingredients epitomizing each season.
Probably could improve on this!

Désaccord  Lianne Wilson: This sounds more chronological than figurative. Another over-literal attempt.

Désaccord  Mary O’Connor: This is not relevant at all in this context. You provided a word for word translation. Again.

Some ideas... (see explanation)

Explication :
Again I've got a number of suggestions for this, so hard to pin down exactly which would be best, so I'll leave it to the asker :)

Their unique way of evoking the intimate flavours...

…of the ingredients at the heart of each season.
…of those ingredients tied so closely to each season.
…of each season’s core ingredients.
…of each season’s quintessential ingredients.

Now off to think some more!

Explication :
e.g. in their unparalleled ability to bring out the innermost flavours of each ingredient at its seasonal best.

Another idea.
