This is not used at all in Venezuela, but I have found it in couple of documents from Spain.

I mean, we don’t use these words and/or abbreviations.
Anyway, there is no problem for you because both “honorarios” and “derechos/aranceles” (the terms used in Venezuela) are translated as “fees”.

Explanation:
I am very sure about the abbrevication Hnos. meaning hermanos but have no clue about s/m. In fact my very old book "Spanish fuer Kaufleute" mentioned the Hnos. matter but nothing about s/m.
Perhaps this nevertheless helps you solve the puzzle.

agree  jackstraw: or "as per schedule", i..e. an established scale of fees, not simply an individual invoice presented with perhaps no official basis.
