After several years as Senior Translator at Xtreme Information/Durrants - one of the world's leading media monitoring agencies - I am currently working as a freelance translator. At Xtreme/Durrants I was in charge of the Scandinavian desk, translating texts from Swedish, Danish and Norwegian into English as well as proofreading and editing the work of other employees. The position provided me with invaluable experience in a range of fields including banking, pharmaceuticals, news, tourism, telecoms and IT to mention a few. As a freelancer I have been able to specialise in a number of areas such as shipping, banking, financial reports, corporate website presentations and tourism material.
I am sometimes able to offer quick delivery, particularly on shorter assignments. Larger jobs by arrangement.
