Una situacion donde observe una injusticia por parte de uno de mis superiores en contra de otro empleado y donde se me involucro para pedir mi opinion. No estuve de acuerdo con mi superior porque entendi que mi superior no tenia toda la informacion para tomar la mejor desicion y penso que estaba del lado de ese otro empleado. Conversamos durante un rato hasta que el pudo entender que hacian falta mas elementos de juicio y pospuso la toma de esa desicion hasta tener todos los elemntos de frente. | Traduction - anglais
A situation where I observed an injustice on the part of one of my superiors against an other employee and where I became involved in order to ask my opinion. I was not in agreement with my superior because I understood that my superior did not have all the information in order to make the best decision and he thought that I was on the side of that other employee. We talked for a while until he was able to understand that he lacked smore of the elements for judgement and he postponed making the decision until he had all the elements in front of him.
