I would appreciate if you can give me a certain answer regarding your attendance, so that I can look for a venue acceptable for us. I hope we will be in great numbers. I will try to find a place for us where we don't need to pay for the venue, but only for our orders. Would you like to go somewhere where we can have some lunch?

Hi Camelia
Thanks for organising this. The Showroom is a good venue for drinks and/or food, and its location is handy for the station for those coming from out of town. The tables aren't all that big though, so it would depend on how many sign up.

At the beginning of next week I will announce the venue where we will meet.
I sent a few emails to some venues and On Monday I will go venue hunting.
I am still trying to find something nice, quiet with good food, so that we can have lunch and be able to chat.
