Need help with transcription techniques

hi all,

i face many problems when i transcribe a video or audio.

sometimes the voice is not clear, sometimes too low i can't hear it, sometimes tiny parts of the audio sound robotic and have no idea what was said.

i am working on a transcription homework at the moment and I am facing all sorts of problems.

can anyone help out, or give me links that can help with problems like these and what to use in square brackets.
