芝麻禮餅的成份和芝麻蛋黃餅不同。芝麻禮餅是台灣人在女兒訂婚時贈送親友廣為周知的禮餅。芝麻蛋黃餅則比較像月餅,但不是中秋應景的糕餅,而是平常日子裡都吃的糕餅,內含蛋黃,故名之。
薩其馬哪來的圓的?在台灣沒人那樣做的。台灣的飲食來自於四海五湖,以及東南亞各國,有些做法會稍稍改變,但不至於太離譜的。薩其馬當然不是圓的!這裡的圓形沙其馬只是取名如此,跟真正平日吃的不同;而且,這是由於是訂婚禮盒,樣樣都求圓滿之故。

Regarding the translation for “上海汤团(圆)”, I'd better vote for your answer: “Shanghai filled glutinous rice ball(s)/dumpling(s)” as I think they mostly have fillings. (@Other peers, especially Shanghai local people: If this isn't the case, please kindly advise. We will accordingly change it to "Shanghai glutinous rice ball/dumpling".)

All the walnuts and hickory nuts have an excellent taste. However, I like the hickory kernels best of all (See the second picture). Since I am a true believer of the old saying “Seeing is believing”, I would suggest that you go to China in person and taste them by yourself. Upon tasting them, you gain the firsthand knowledge whereby all your doubts dissolve.
