As a freelance translator I have been using Across for a number of years and have a few customer that insist on my using Across.
Unfortunately they (Across) deleted my account, as according to them I registered with a business address, whatever they mean with that. This registration was made a couple of years ago, and now all of a sudden its a business address so I am no longer allowed to use Across as a freelancer.

Has this happened to anybody else?

Across support did get in touch with me and explained the situation. Apparently there is a company which has the same name as my e-mail domain name, this resulted in a misunderstanding and my account being deleted.

I had a very pleasant conversation with Across support and my account is re-activated.
